Simon Bungate
Bio:
Simon’s Personal Training background has gained him experience in training all levels of clients from de-conditioned, rehabilitation to national level athletes. He presently holds the PT co-ordinator role at C2K where he manages and trains over 25 personal trainers who complete around 300 sessions per week. C2K Personal Training department is currently regarded as one of the most successful in the country.
Simon has also been the lead Boot Camp instructor at Castle Hill's Dawn and Dusk corps program for over 5 years. He delivers Tactical advantage programs to both professional and amateur sporting groups’ as well as emergency services.
Simon’s own fitness experience which includes playing both professional Rugby League and Rugby Union has taught him the commitment and dedication required to reach optimum fitness.
Through his experience within the fitness industry Simon is able to create varied and dynamic programs that are equally challenging to all fitness levels.
Simon takes great pride in seeing recruits achieve results they never believed possible.
