Joining C2k at the start of 2009 has been an amazing development in my fitness career, having always been very passionate about health and fitness, c2k's vibrant and positive attitude gives me the motivation to keep helping people change their lives around with a little hard work and most importantly having fun...

My sport/fitness background comes from years of playing soccer at a first grade level in the NSW Premier and Super leagues, last 3 years have moved onto such sports as Brazilian Jui Jitsu and Kickboxing.

I have adapted skills from these varying sports to create a wide variety of training styles that I cater to my clients individual needs and apply these to my sessions; from plyometrics and speed to strength, overall general fitness and sport specific training.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness

My name is Jenny, I am a mother of three young children and have been battling my weight and fitness issues for years, always finding an excuse not to come to the gym.

Since starting up Personal Training the hardest thing was to actually get motivated to come for my first session, once I started I’ve never looked back.
