I plan to follow the Accelerator nutrition and training program. I've noticed over the last 6-12 months some weight has started to creep back on. So I've decided to take control and get back to my ideal weight. I've got some very specific goals to achieve over the 8 weeks. I want to lower my body fat percentage and get back to 82 kilos.
